Dear Friends,
On July 13, Governor Whitmer passed Executive Order 2020-147. Per the Michigan.gov website: “No business, including local and state government offices open to the public, may provide service to a customer or allow a customer to enter its premises, unless the customer is wearing a face covering as required by this order.” In compliance with this order, anyone entering a GDL library must wear a face mask.
Below is the reopening plan that we have followed. Please know that this plan may be revised at any time.
