    A vinyl record listening party featuring the ‘New Wave’ sounds of pop and rock from the 1980s. Librarian Ivan Smith will drop the needle on some LPs and 45s from the artists and innovators of a truly dynamic and exciting era of American popular music: Missing Persons, The Cure, Kraftwerk and more. He’ll also dig through the crates of a recent vinyl record donation to the library to discover some musical surprises.
