24th Annual Black History Month Brunch

This ticketed event celebrates the lives and contributions of African Americans and attracts approxiamtely 500 people annually. Each year, Genesee District Library honors three individuals and one organization for their service in the community. Receiving the Award of Excellence [honorees x3]. Receiving the Partner in Progress Award : [organization]. Also featuring a keynote speech by former Major League Baseball player Chris Singleton, and a perfomance by local vocalist Alina Oliver.
