Stretch, reach and bend your way toward a calmer life. Bring a mat, towel and belt (or stretch band) and improve your flexibility and stress levels. Class size is limited to 25 participants. By registering for this class you'll be listed for all 6 sessions.
This class will also run for 6 weeks at the Goodrich library.
