Stretch, reach and bend your way toward a calmer life. Bring a mat, towel and belt (or stretch band) and improve your flexibility and stress levels. Class size is limited to 30 participants. Please register for each class individually.
This class is also offered at the Grand Blanc-McFarlen Library on Mondays at 6 and 7 p.m.
