    • One block of firm tofu
    • Sugar
    • Soy sauce
    • Ginger
    • Canola oil
    • Potato starch or corn starch
    • Condiment bits like green onions, mayonnaise, nori seaweed, etc.
    • Salt & pepper

    Teriyaki Sauce:

    • 3 Tablespoons soy sauce
    • 3 Tablespoons mirin
    • 1Tablespoon sugar

    Dry Coating:

    • 1/2 cup cornstarch
    • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
    • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
