    • 3 teaspoons dry white wine
    • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
    • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh tarragon
    • 2 shallots finely chopped
    • 6 ounces thinly sliced cooked garlic sausage


    Vinaigrette dressing:

    • 2 teaspoon dijon mustard
    • 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar or tarragon vinegar
    • 5 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
