    Yoga Pose of the Week: Butterfly

    Breath Play: Buzz Breath

    As you sit in butterfly pose, imagine you’re buzzing around. Take a deep breath in. When you exhale, make a buzzing sound. Can you feel that letter Z sound tickle your tongue?

    Little Miss Muffet (rock side to side)
    Sat on a tuffet
