Breath Play: Buzz Breath
Let’s pretend to be bees! Flutter your wings. Put up your antennae (raise arms up). Find a comfortable place to sit (wiggle arms up). Once you find your spot, land on the the ground. Lower your antennae to your side. We’re going to take a deep breath in and when we exhale, let out a humming noise like a bee buzzing.
